What helps you stay consistent with your healthy habits?
In addition to working OUT, I also work IN to tap into my body's innate wisdom, which helps me make better decisions in every area of my life. I listen to (and trust) my body, remembering that it is my one true home.
Do you believe in "cheat days" or is there a better way to look at indulgence?
I'm committed to healthy choices 80% of the time, but it's our birthright to enjoy our bodies and lives!

What's your favorite form of movement?
Fascia Flows, of course! Your fascia pathways wrap around the muscles, organs, nerves, glands and lymph nodes, creating a miraculous matrix of connective tissue that weaves through every cell of your being. Research shows bad posture/alignment, injuries, poor nutrition, environmental toxins and even emotional issues can cause blockages and inflammation in these pathways, making us feel sluggish, bloated and anxious. It's crucial to get them moving every day to enhance our healing, repair and regenerative capacities—ultimately, upgrading our vital life force and health.
What's something you're never giving up even though it's "unhealthy"?
Italian wine shared with my husband and friends.
How do you incorporate rest and recovery into your week?
Daily foam-rolling and breathwork are my jam. I also listen to binaural beats in the morning while in the sauna.
What's the last thing you do before you go to bed and first thing in the morning?
Practice gratitude.
