Your Club Kroma questions
How gifts work, what counts, and how to manage your subscription.
How do I earn a Club Kroma gift?
After two qualifying U.S. subscription orders have fully shipped, a free gift is included with your next eligible subscription order. Your gift travels with that order and is not sent separately.
Once the order containing your gift fully ships, your next gift cycle starts from zero.
Who is eligible for Club Kroma gifts?
Club Kroma gifts are available on eligible subscription orders shipping to a U.S. address. For questions about an existing international subscription, contact help@kromawellness.com.
Which orders count toward my gift?
Qualifying physical subscription orders count once all of their physical items have shipped. Each order counts once, even if it contains several products. Paying for an order or receiving only part of it does not earn a shipped-order credit.
What happens if I skip or cancel?
Skipping an order preserves your earned progress and any pending gift. Cancelling all of your active subscriptions resets your progress. Cancelling one subscription while another stays active does not reset it.
Does a refund change my gift progress?
A refund does not remove credit for a qualifying subscription order that has already fully shipped. An order that has not fully shipped does not earn credit.
How does the one-time catch-up gift work?
Eligible existing subscribers may receive a one-time catch-up gift with their subscription order. Once the order containing that gift fully ships, a fresh gift cycle starts from zero. Those earlier orders are not counted again toward the next gift.
How do I manage my subscription?
Sign in to your account and open My Subscriptions to view your upcoming orders and available options for changing your delivery date, frequency or products, skipping an order, or cancelling. Make any changes before your next order processes.
How do I check my next renewal date?
Sign in to your account and open My Subscriptions to see your next scheduled order date. Your renewal schedule follows the frequency selected for your subscription. Check your upcoming order before it processes if you need to make changes.
What if I need help with my subscription or gift?
Contact help@kromawellness.com with your order number and subscription question. Our customer care team can help check your account and gift eligibility.
