We caught up with Spencer Hill - dad, actor, model, athlete, and all-around wellness enthusiast to talk about what keeps him grounded, fit, and present for the people who matter most. Healthy diet / elevating my heart rate every day / quality time with friends and loved ones


What's one way you take care of your mental health every day?


Pushing myself to get a killer workout in even when it’s the last thing I want to do


What's your strategy for managing stress in real time?


Decreasing my refractory period. I don’t let things linger.

What's one wellness myth you'd love to debunk for good?


Eating less is the best way to a healthy looking body


What's your favorite Kroma product (and why)?


The easy one is the cookie butter, but I love the hydration and the broths too!


What helps you stay consistent with your healthy habits or routines?


Knowing that I am adding life to my years and years to my life by choosing to do hard things in the present.




Do you believe in "cheat days" or is there a better way to look at indulgence?


I do a version of that. I work out incredibly hard so I can enjoy food and if I’m feeling like a cheat meal (something that isn’t necessarily on my normal routine) I give myself that grace and go for it.


What's your go-to meal when you're short on time but need nourishment?


Tuna, a chicken breast and veggies, or a meal replacement shake


Snack you pack when you're on the go or traveling?


Turkey wrap, chomps, ho macro bag


Simple smoothie recipe?


Coconut water, frozen grapes, spinach, mango and pineapple with protein powder

What's your favorite form of movement (+ why)?


HIIT TRAINING I love spiking my heart rate and building muscle at the same time and I see the best version of my body when I am consistently doing this.


What's something you're never giving up even though it's "unhealthy"?


Coffee creamer!


How do you incorporate rest and recovery into your week?


I try to take naps when my body tells me to and not feel bad about getting a quick one in! We have a red light sauna, I plunge everyday and LOVE my therabody jet boots!


What's the last thing you do before you go to bed and first thing in the morning?


Count my blessings and remind myself how lucky I am to be alive.


Have any bedtime rituals for ensuring a good night's sleep?


Limit screens before bed and don’t eat too close to bedtime

If you have a healthy body and are pain free, who cares how you look in the mirror


How would you define living a life of radical aliveness?


Being truly present and staying in your lane. Being the most authentic version of yourself, no matter what the circumstances.

Coffee, stretching, manifesting and planning my day to set myself up for success
