INGREDIENTS



1/3 C Kroma Vanilla Cinnamon Plant-Based Protein

12-16 oz Nut milk or coconut water

1 C Fresh spinach

1/2 C Frozen blueberries

1 Handful of ice

1 tsp Hemp seeds



DIRECTIONS



  1. Add Kroma Vanilla Cinnamon Plant-Based Protein, nut milk or coconut water, spinach, and blueberries to your blender. Blend for 2 minutes
  2. Add ice and blend for 1 minute
  3. Sprinkle with hemp seeds
