This smoothie recipe contains fiber-packed veggies like celery and leafy greens to support gut health and digestion. Nutrient-dense spirulina, a blue-green algae with protein, antioxidants, fatty acids, and minerals, adds an extra superfood boost, while ginger helps prevent and eliminate bloat.



INGREDIENTS



3/4 C Coconut Water or Aloe Vera

1 Green Apple

2 - 3 Celery Stalks

1 C Frozen Spinach

1 tsp Spirulina

1 Frozen Banana

1/2 C Frozen Passion Fruit

2 scoops Vanilla Cinnamon Plant-Based Protein

2 Frozen Ginger Cubes

Bee Pollen for garnish (optional)



DIRECTIONS



  1. Add ingredients to blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Pour into a glass
  4. Enjoy!


OPTIONAL: Sprinkle a little bee pollen on top!
