PB Porridge No-Bake Oatmeal Cups Recipe

A Super Porridge treat that provides the perfect ratio of salty to sweet.



INGREDIENTS



1 C Super Porridge

1/4 C Vanilla Cinnamon Plant-Based Protein

3/4 C Peanut butter

1/3 C Honey

1/2 C Chocolate chips

2 T Full-fat coconut milk or coconut oil



DIRECTIONS



  1. Mix Super Porridge, Vanilla Cinnamon Plant-Based Protein, peanut butter and honey together in a bowl until well combined, almost like the texture of cookie dough.
  2. Scoop the mixture into a lightly greased cupcake pan. Fill until they are 1/2 full.
  3. Heat the chocolate chips and coconut milk in a double boiler or microwave for about 40 seconds until melted.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over each Super Porridge Cup.
  5. Freeze for at least 2 hours or refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
