A Super Porridge treat that provides the perfect ratio of salty to sweet.
INGREDIENTS
1/3 C Honey
1/2 C Chocolate chips
2 T Full-fat coconut milk or coconut oil
DIRECTIONS
- Mix Super Porridge, Vanilla Cinnamon Plant-Based Protein, peanut butter and honey together in a bowl until well combined, almost like the texture of cookie dough.
- Scoop the mixture into a lightly greased cupcake pan. Fill until they are 1/2 full.
- Heat the chocolate chips and coconut milk in a double boiler or microwave for about 40 seconds until melted.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture over each Super Porridge Cup.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or refrigerate for 6-8 hours.
