Spicy Passion Pumpkin Chia Pudding Recipe

What’s not to love about pumpkin + passion? This Spicy Passion Pumpkin Chia Pudding is delicious any time of day. Kroma’s libido-boosting Spicy Passion takes this fall favorite up a notch with sexy superfoods like cacao, maca and goji berries. Plus, chia seeds are incredibly rich in antioxidants, nutrients, fiber, and omega-3 fatty acids and have been touted for centuries for supporting heart health, strong bones, and blood sugar levels.



INGREDIENTS



1/4 C Chia seeds

1 Scoop of your favorite protein powder

1 1/2 C Nut milk

1 T Kroma Spicy Passion Latte

A dollop of pumpkin puree (on bottom of jar)

Coconut cream - topping (optional)

A drizzle of Kroma OMG Cookie Butter - topping (optional)

Pumpkin seeds + walnuts - topping (optional)

A dash of cinnamon - topping (optional)



DIRECTIONS



  1. In a large bowl whisk together nut milk, protein powder + Spicy Passion
  2. Stir in chia seeds. Let mixture sit for 15 minutes, stir again
  3. Put a dollop of Pumpkin puree on the bottom of 4 Mason jars or ramekins
  4. Pour chia pudding evenly into 4 Mason jars or ramekins
  5. Refrigerate, covered, until thickened, at least 2 hours
  6. Finish with toppings
