Vegan Super Fudgy Brookie Bread Recipe

INGREDIENTS



Brownie Layer

1 1/2 C Almond flour

1 TSP Baking powder

1/3 C Cocoa powder

2 T Tapioca flour

2 T Kroma Spicy Passion Latte

1/3 C Kroma OMG Cookie Butter

1/3 C Unsweetened dairy-free milk

1/3 C Maple syrup

1/2 T Vanilla extract

Cookie Layer

1 C Oat flour

1/4 C Almond flour

1/3 C Almond milk

1/4 C Maple syrup

1/3 C Kroma OMG Cookie Butter

1/3 C Vegan mini chocolate chips



DIRECTIONS



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and mix the brownie layer ingredients in a bowl until a thick batter forms.
  2. Place brownie mixture in a bread loaf pan lined with parchment paper or greased. Set aside.
  3. Mix the cookie layer ingredients until thoroughly combined. Then spread cookie mixture on top of the brownie layer.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove loaf from oven and let cool COMPLETELY before cutting into it. NOTE: this bread is super fudgy and moist.

Store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
