⚠️ Important Notice Regarding Food Products & Returns
Under Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to all items. Please review the safety and hygiene conditions below before submitting this form:
• Perishable Items: All fresh, chilled, or short-shelf-life food products are completely exempt from the right of withdrawal. These items cannot be cancelled or returned once they have been shipped.
• Sealed Food Items: Shelf-stable food items can only be returned if they are 100% unopened. Your right of withdrawal is permanently forfeited the moment the product's protective seal, tamper-evident wrapping, outer box, or lid is broken or opened.
• Return Shipping: If you are withdrawing from a contract for an eligible, fully sealed, or non-perishable merchandise item, you must bear the direct cost of return shipping.

Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy
1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from contracts made on this website within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement via our digital Withdrawal Portal located on this website (see link in footer), or by emailing us at help@kromawellness.com.
2. Important Legal Exceptions for Food Products
Please note that pursuant to Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following categories of products sold on our store:
- Perishable Goods (Article 16(d)): The right of withdrawal is completely excluded for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. This includes all fresh, chilled, short-shelf-life, or date-sensitive food products. These items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once they have been dispatched from our facility.
- Sealed Goods / Health & Hygiene (Article 16(e)): The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery. For our shelf-stable food items, your right of withdrawal is permanently forfeited the moment the product’s protective seal, tamper-evident wrapping, outer box, or jar lid is broken, opened, or altered.
3. Effects of Valid Withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from a contract for an eligible, non-perishable, and fully sealed item, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
- Timeline: We will process the refund without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.
- Return Shipping Costs: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us. Contact us at help@kromawellness.com with your request reference number to confirm the return address.
- Depreciation: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
